clients and the administration tools that support their products. Usability
testing services that we are providing include:

- Identification of key user profiles
- Recruitment of representative users to
undertake two rounds of usability testing both in the UK and US
- Writing and agreeing usability test
scripts
- Running eight usability test sessions
- Providing SilverPlatter with a full usability
report identifying areas that could be improved
- Undertaking redesign work to address the
usability issues.
